What Ose is

Ose offers small daily missions, preparation, a look back afterwards and the record of what you dared, to help shy people go towards others. It is training and well-being. Ose is not a medical device, makes no diagnosis, provides no treatment and does not replace a health professional.

Adults only

Ose is meant for people aged 18 and over.

The subscription

Part of Ose is free for good. The rest comes with a yearly or monthly subscription, bought from Apple or Google at the price the store shows before you confirm. The yearly plan may start with a 7-day free trial, when the store offers it to you.

The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple or Google account’s subscription settings. Payment is taken by the store; refunds follow the store’s rules.

The AI

Some features use an AI to write a reflection or answer you. Its answers may be wrong or incomplete: take them as suggestions. The AI stays a coach and does not act as a therapist. If what you write suggests you are in distress, Ose shows where to find help.

Using Ose

You agree to use Ose for yourself and lawfully, and not to misuse its AI. Ose may change, add or remove features. The app, its texts and its design remain ours.

Liability

Ose is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens in the situations you choose to face, nor for an interruption of the service. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Applicable law

These terms may change; the date above says when they last did. They are governed by French law, without taking away the protection your own country’s law gives you as a consumer.
